Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer solution in spray bottle was too strong and bleached out the test strip.
Corrective Action(s): Diluted at time of inspection. Ensure to mix only 1 tsp of bleach with 1 litre of water for proper concentrations.

Observation: Rodent droppings were noted in dry storage room and on floors along walls.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas with rodent droppings.
Seal any possible points of entry.
Contact pest control company for servicing - ensure metal tin cats are set up in the dry storage room as well as in the kitchen.

Comments

- Application form provided to facility for name change. *Submit application form for name change on Thursday, January 9th.
- Upstairs banquet area not in use.
- Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. *Soap dispenser must be installed.
- Bleach available for sanitizing food-contact surfaces
- High-temperature dishwasher reached above 71C at the dish surface during the rinse cycle
- All coolers were maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder
- Freezers were maintaining temperatures of -18C or colder
- All food stored off the floor.
- Fish thawing inside walk-in cooler. Good.
- Pest control invoice from December 23, 2019 was available for review.
**General sanitation requires improvement.
