Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back cooler area is Coop space: from Staff Only door to back door (shared with Tim Hortons Kiosk). This area has 5-10 flies actively flying. Floors have grime or sticky residue.
Staff mopped down with degreaser/detergent during the inspection, Thank you.
Corrective Action(s): This area is well used for loading, receiving and requires open/closing of back door. Install a screen to prevent pests.
Install more effective fly light or use other traps.
Refer to pest control contractor to come up with plan moving forward.
Maintain clean surfaces in this area to prevent flies from accumulating.
