Code 402 noted on Routine inspection # PKUR-CD6PUU of Apr-04-2022 Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)] Observation: Staff washroom only has bar soap for washing hands. Correction: Liquid soap must be used for washing hands. Replace bar soap with liquid soap immediately.

Follow up inspection to report #PKUR-CD6PUU -Liquid soap has been placed at the washroom hand sink. -General sanitation has improved however premises not cleaned after closing the night before. Facility should be cleaned nightly to prevent old food debris from attracting pests. -Bleach in labelled spray bottle available. **Do not use hands to open garbage bin lid. Replace bins with bins that have foot pedal or keep the lid off. Using hands to take off lid to throw away paper towel after washing hands will contaminate your hands again.
