On Follow-Up:

-The refrigerator in the prep area has been fixed. There's a thermometer inside.
-Condiments are being labeled.
-Manager indicated that he had spoken to staff about the proper procedures for probing the CYT burger patty.
-Handsink's fully equipped. Do not block access to the handsink.
