Ice machine was last serviced in October according to the tag on the unit. Corrective Action(s): Have ice machine serviced. Ensure ice machine is serviced on a regular basis ie every 3 months. Violation Score: 3 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Initially quat in sanitizing sink was dispensed at 128F. This was discarded as concentration cannot be accurately tested Corrective Action(s): Premises has mixing valves to dispense quat at 75F. This is the required temperature to verify accurate testing of the concentration of quat. Violation Score: 3
