Observation: Pending violation from routine inspection. Latch to hot holding unit is still not working properly to allow for door to close completely/securely consistently.
Note: Manager reports pick up orders are generally only kept in hot holding unit for 5-10min
Corrective Action(s): Repair door of hot holding unit so that door closes securely unit is maintaining a temperature of 60C or higher. If unit cannot be repaired, replae with hot holding unit which is in good working order. In the interim, ensure attention is taken so that door to unit is being firmly closed to engage latch. Ensure temperature inside unit is monitored with thermometer inside unit.

- Follow up inspection conducted. Code 308 (hot holding unit) remains pending as outlined above.
- Manager reported that repair person was on-site; however, was unable to repair the door latch effectively. District Manager re
- District Manager reported new hot holding unit has been ordered and is expected to arrive in 3 weeks and in the interim, an alternate hot holding unit will be provided to the premises within 3 days.
- On-site Manager has interim measure to keep door securely closed until replacement unit arrives. Temperature inside unit was 60C. Thermometer present to monitor temperature.
- Provide confirmation to EHO when new hot holding unit is in place.
