Follow-up inspection General sanitation has been improved. - Floors are clean and free from food debris under the equipment. Ensure to perform regular cleaning on high touch surfaces. Ensure to wipe down dust from top shelving and hard to reach areas. - Chlorine 200ppm were provided as sanitizer throughout the kitchen and food prep area. Sanitizer in spray bottles noted. - Weather striping has been installed under the back door. - Back door is clean and no visible soil. - Walls and tile back splashes have been cleaned. - Above the dry storage, Ceiling tile is placed. - Ice machine has been cleaned and maintained. Food safety plan for Smoked/Cured Bacon was received. Proper cooling procedure was discussed with the operator. Proper timer has been obtained. No other concerns noted at this date.
