Routine inspection conducted - Hand wash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water - All coolers are at or below 4C - Freezer temperatures are at -18C - Low temperature dishwasher achieves 50ppm Chlorine. Ensure line is primed regularly - Dry storage is good - No signs of pest activity Note: Coffee stir spoons should be kept in water that is either changed every 30 minutes or on ice to ensure the water maintains 4C or less
