Pest control measures are in place. -Sanitizer within the 3 compartment sink measured at 200ppm quats -Sanitizer spray bottle measured at 200ppm quats -Coolers have thermometers present -Observed good hand washing procedures *Ensure temperature logs for walk-in cooler and prep cooler are kept on-site and recorded daily.
