- Sanitizer/Bleach - available (in spray bottle at 100 ppm Chlorine);
- Low temperature dishwasher at 50 ppm Chlorine;
- Equipment and utensils stored in sanitary condition.
- Ice machine clean. Scoop stored safely in clean container at time of inspection.
- Hand-washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- General sanitation excellent. No evidence of pest activity at time of inspection.
