Observation: No bleach sanitizer onsite. Staff onsite showed that they use the cleaner and the only bleach onsite was for laundry purpose and is scented.
Corrective Action(s): Please obtain a spray bottle, mix 1 tsp bleach to 1 liter water then label the spray bottle. This will make 100ppm and can be used on counters and fridges. Obtain household bleach that is non scented.

Observation: Beverage products left on the floor in staff room.
Corrective Action(s): Please relocate food products including beverages so they are stored 6 inches off the floor.

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: Premises had conducted renovation without Health Approval, changing from two compartment sinks to a single sink. No paper towel dispenser installed either. Floor plans have been submitted since notifying owner and there shall be a two compartment sinks installed. Construction Permit has just been issued by City of Burnaby.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure to have paper towel dispenser installed as well. Contact the undersigned when two compartment sinks is properly installed.
