Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Quat sanitizer dispenser where sanibuckets and bottles are usually filled dispensed a solution of <100ppm (verified with inspector and operator's test strips). There seems to be an air bubble in the tubing preventing solution from being pulled into dispenser.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Have dispenser repaired/maintained.

2) Other quat sanitizer dispenser (by dishwasher) dispenses a solution of 200ppm quats. Use this dispenser to fill sanibuckets and spray bottles until the other one can be repaired. Sanibuckets and bottles refilled at working dispenser. Verify concentration with test strips.

- proper thawing observed (within walk-in cooler)
- ice machine sanitary; scoop stored separately
- dry goods stored in a sanitary matter; scoops stored separately
- general sanitation is satisfactory
- no obvious sign of pests at the time of inspection
