[s. 14(2)] (Product temperatures in the front area self-serve cooler (which contains milk, salads, sandwiches, and pop) measured 14 C with the 'curtain' in the 'down' position to enable customers to see and choose product. With the 'curtain' in the 'up' position for at least one-half hour, measured product temperatures settled at 6 C to 7 C.)
