Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sanitizer spray bottles did not have any sanitizer inside. They were filled with soap and water.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the soap water with a 100-200 ppm bleach solution. Sanitizer with an adeuqate strength is required to properly sanitize food contact surfaces to prevent pathogen growth and cross contamination.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The hand washing sink by the cook station did not have soap present at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all hand sinks are stocked with soap and paper towels so employees can adequately wash their hands.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The back door was left open at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): This may allow pests to enter the premise. When the back door is left open, the screen door must be closed at all times. Keep the back door closed, or close the screen door.
