Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection.
All cooler units at 4C.
Freezer unit at -18C.
Low temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse concentration of 100ppm.
Hot holding of food products was greater or equal to 60C.
General sanitation level was good.
No pest activity noted.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
quats dispenser at 200ppm.
Sanitizing solution stored in spray bottle and concentration was at 200ppm.

The following requires correction.
the hand washing station inside of the staff washroom located outside of the kitchen entrance is not in good working order. Staff have been using the sink outside of the washroom entrance for hand washing. Parts have been ordered to repair the hand sink located inside of the staff washroom. To reduce the chance of contamination, staff are to use other washroom facilities where there is a hand washing station located inside the washroom.
