- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in buckets for wiping cloths and at the 3 compartment sink

Note: chicken in the walk in cooler thawing in shallow pans which resulted in water on the walk in cooler floor. This practice must stop immediately. Use deep pans which will contain the water when thawing chicken.
Reminder: All produce that is not pre washed must be washed prior to use.
