Routine health inspection conducted.
- Coolers at 4 degrees C or less.
- Freezers at -15 to -27 degrees C.
- No hot holding at time of inspection.
Reminder: If food items are hot held, ensure internal food temperature is maintained at 60 degrees C or more.
- Thermometers available for coolers. Probe thermometer on site for internal food temperature checks.
- Food is covered and protected from potential contamination. Raw animal products are not stored above ready-to-eat foods. Food and chemicals stored separately.
- Hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels are in place for hand washing.
- Bleach water sanitizer is available in a labeled spray bottle. Note: Chlorine test strip started to "bleach out" (concentration greater than 200 ppm chlorine). Bleach water sanitizer was re-made and measured at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Measurement was noted and ware washing poster provided.
- High temperature dishwasher measured at 85 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum required: 71 degrees C).
- Equipment and utensils maintained in sanitary condition.
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
