Follow up inspection conducted Cleaning around mop sink, dish pit, and grill unit has been complete. Ensure the mop sink and dish pit area are cleaned daily. Wooden shelving unit in the dry storage has been cleaned. Exposed nails have been removed and area has been resealed. Food items covered within the dry storage area. 100ppm chlorine solution available. However, ensure all wiping rags are stored within solution.
