Introduction

At the inspection dated March 03, 2021 there were 9 children and 3 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. No further action required by the Licensee or the Licensing Officer. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. This inspection and the risk assessment were written off site and a copy was provided to the facility. The following discussion was had with the Manager (Naima Amalou): · Ensuring that anything with a DIN number is removed from the first aid kid or clearly labelled for staff use only, unless permission is obtained from families * Ensure you are using a bound book for minor incidents, confidential log book;
