- Bleach on site for sanitizer
- Unable to check the dishwasher temperature as the temperature stopped rising after the dishwasher has just been turned on. Follow up inspection will be conducted on January 8th.
- Glasswasher achieved 50ppm Chlorine at final rinse cycle
- Temperatures of all refrigeration units were <4C
- Prober thermometer present
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
