- Hand washing station - sink - has liquid soap and paper towels.
- Dry food storage room - food is up off of floor. Good food rotation.
- Chlorine bleach is used for counters, wiping cliths, etc. (1 tsp bleach in 1 litre fresh water).
- Dishwasher - use sanicycle/ hot dry.
- Food Safe refresher course is required for updating certificates that are more than 5 years old. Operator was already aware - good.
- Turkey reference - BCCDC "Talking Turkey" is available on-line. Cook to 74 C or hotter.
