Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is excellent. Ice machine in sanitary condition. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Food storage practice is excellent. Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs. 3 compartment sink fully equipped and in use. In use utensils stored in ice or temperature controlled setting (e.g., in hot holding unit).
