Follow-up inspection: *steamer has been installed where handsink was and handsink moved to otherside of door - submit updated floor plan *remove fry cutter from wall as it is not being used -handsink fully equipped with liquid soap and paper towel dispenser in working order -bleach/water used for sanitizing -chemicals stored in separate room -Food Safety Plan submitted for review as well as Sanitation Plan -temperature logs and cleaning schedules have been created and are on site -MSDS sheets for chemicals are on site -new thermometers obtained and all coolers equipped with thermometers -freezer with lifted seal/lid has not been replaced, continue to monitor temperature daily
