follow-up inspection: all outstanding items have been corrected hot-holding now maintained at 60 deg C and above large freezer in the back at -18 deg C; small freezer to be used for freezies and non meat products only food protected from contamination (use of containers with lids, etc.) tong now use has silicone end for the hotdogs/ taquitos note: temp log now maintained obtain more accurate thermometers for cooler and freezer pest control in place - some mice issue; ensure to follow pest control recommendations - seal any possible entry for pests.
