- Temperature of coolers and freezers were adequate.
- Liquid soap and paper towels were present at hand wash sinks,
- Hot holding was at 60 degrees C.
- Bleach solution (~100ppm) was available for use as sanitizer.
- Dishwasher was turned on at start of inspection and chlorine was <50ppm. Machine was adjusted during inspection. **Ensure that the sanitizer level is at least 50ppm.
- No signs of pest infestation.
