Paper towel dispensers to be mounted. 200 ppm quats dispensed from the chemical dispensing station 3 compartment sink available for use in the processing room. Mop sink available for use. Front display cooler at 4C Preparation cooler at or below 4C Upright freezer at -17C Upright cooler at 3C Walk in cooler at 4C. Walk in freezer at -16C Hot holding unit available for use Dishwasher serviced. 78C at the plate level during the final rinse cycle. See Rpt #245764 for the remaining outstanding items.
