No events occurring at time of inspection (slow season).
Premises was very clean and organized.
Hand wash stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm.
Walk-in cooler was at 3-4 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was colder than -19 deg C.
Walk-in butcher fridge was at 2-3 deg C.
Upright cooler in the servery area and in the hallway in the back of the banquet rooms were at 3-4 deg C.
Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse reached 72.6 deg C at plate surface.
Temperature log was available and up to date. (Include the dishwasher temp. at least once a week).
Foods were protected from contamination.
Pest control monitoring in place. No signs of pests noted at time of visit.
Overall, premises was in satisfactory condition.
