A routine inspection completed: - Ice cream freezer was -23C; chest freezer was -21C; drink cooler 4C; salad/sandwich cooler 4C; upright grey cooler was 4C; and thermometers present. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottles had strength of 200ppm. - Quats infused cloth to be used in premises, but they haven't arrived yet. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; and foods stored 6" off the floor on racks and in cupboards. - No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - Dish soap and bleach present for proper manual dishwashing in a 2-comp sink. - Staff present who possesses a valid, recognized, equivalent FoodSafe certificate. - Valid health permit and decal posted. - All in order. - Permission to operated the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
