Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found large container of vegetables being rinsed in the sink beside the dishwasher (dirty side).
Corrective Action(s): Use the large sink by the hand sink for food preparation (i.e. thawing, and rinsing of food). Sink by the dishwasher is for dirty dishes.

- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 50 ppm chlorine
- no signs of pest activity noted during inspection, pest control is on contract
- General sanitation is satisfactory, just pay attention to the filters directly above deep fryers.
