Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezer operating at -18'C. - Temperature monitoring system in place. - 200ppm chlorine available in a spray bottle for disinfection of prep surfaces. - Low temperature dishwasher achieved minimum level of chlorine (>50ppm) at plate level after final rinse. - Good food storage practice observed throughout. - No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
