- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in all buckets for storing wiping cloths, and from main dispenser
- All coolers measured to be at or below 4C
- All freezers measured to be at or below -18C
- Hot held items were measured to be above 60C
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- Low-temperature dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine residual at dish surface after rinse cycle - good
- General sanitation satisfactory; equipment maintained in sanitary conditions, ventilation canopy satisfactory, ice machine clean
- No signs of pest activity noted
