Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwsher final rinse did not contain a detectable level of sanitizer
Corrective Action(s): Machine was primed and hose tube into sanitizer solution was adjusted. After adjustments, sanitizer level measured 50ppm chlorine. Please ensure that dishwasher sanitizer is checked daily with test strips first thing in the morning.
