2. Three compartment sink is leaking from underneath the third (right) sink. Bucket located underneath to catch water.
3. Paper towel dispenser not mounted in staff washroom.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Tighten hot water knob at handwashing sink.
2. Fix leak at three compartment sink.
3. Mount paper towel dispenser in staff washroom.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler at 2 degrees C. All foods covered and stored off the floor.
-Prep cooler inserts at 3 to 4 degrees C. Prep cooler (below) at 4 degrees C.
Note: Prep cooler is turned off overnight and all food is removed. Prep cooler (below) measured 7 degrees C at beginning of inspection as it had been turned on recently for opening. Pleases ensure that prep cooler reaches 4 degrees C or less before food is added.
-Coolers provided with accurate thermometers.
-Sanitizer available in labelled spray bottles at 200 ppm quats.
-Sanitizer prepared in three compartment sink during inspection and measured at 100 ppm chlorine.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels.
-No evidence of pests at time of inspection.

Note: Temperature logs and staff FOODSAFE certificates are to be kept on the premises so they are available for review by the inspector. Please contact the district inspector if any renovations are to take place at this location.
