Routine Inspection Completed. Decal posted - ensure operating permit posted. Contact EHO for new permit if required. Food Safe Certified staff present during operation. Bleach surface sanitizer at 200ppm. 2 Compartment sink available at ice cream station. Hand sink adequately supplied. Walk-in cooler at 5C. Hot holding of Samosas at 60C or above. Aisles maintained in sanitary condition. General maintenance and sanitation is good. Ice cream area not in operation during inspection. Note: Premises now selling Jams (Strawberry, Nectarine, Raspberry, Peach and Apricot). These are to be removed - until Food Safety Plan submitted and has been reviewed. Operator removed these from premises store during inspection. Operator to provide Environmental Health Officer with food safety plans for the Jams.
