Routine Inspection: - No food services provided - only bar services. - Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water - Walk-in cooler maintained at 3.8 degrees Celsius. Note: keep an eye out on the fan covers in the walk-in cooler as they can accumulate dust very quickly. - Glass washer sanitizing with 50 ppm chlorine at dish level. - Beverage dispenser nozzles maintained in sanitary conditions. - Overall cleanliness and maintenance of bar area very good. - No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. - Contact health department for any changes in the future.
