A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CUBTNF and the following observations were made: - Low temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 100 ppm chlorine on the dish surface - Main cooler not being used to store PHF - Main cooler in the process of being serviced - Dust buildup no longer observed near vents - Facility can now use low temperature dishwasher as their main method of ware washing.
