Comments

- The handsink in prep area and washrooms are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers - milk cooler, walk-in cooler, drinks coolers are all measured at temperature less than 4C
- All freezers are functional and measured -15C to-18C
- Hot holding unit for cheese and hot dog (other ready to eat items) are measured at greater than 60C
- Sanitizer solution from manual pump dispenser prepared in spray bottle is measured at 200ppm quats concentration.
NOTE:Sanitizer solution from two compartment sink dispenser is measured less than 50ppm. Adjust the setting and ensure the solution from the dispenser is dispensed at 200ppm quats concentration. Meanwhile use the manual pump dispenser and follow manufacturer's directions to prepare the solution.
