Met with Robert, Director of Sale, and the following items have been discussed:

- Floor plan - new mop sink has been installed in the kitchen/ back storage area/ discussed the BEST way to sanitary dispense/ discard the gray water and floor cleaner ( peroxide ).
Please ensure that all users in the food facility will receive the proper " orientation" to your cleaning/sanitation plan.
- Food Safety plan - enclosed with this inspection
- Approved sanitizers- quat measured at 400ppm/ test strips are available
Please ensure that quat concentration is adjusted to acceptable level 200ppm
- Copy of the legal documents enclosed
- Prep sink is not to be installed/ please call me when this is installed
- High temperature dishwasher - reached 71C at plate temperature/ sticker is attached
- 3 temporary h/w stations are availed for future temporary, outside events / please ensure to provide theses stations with hot/cold running water/ or worm water
- Pest control in place / provided by ORKINE/ once a month

Violation 501: Please ensure that owner / operator must have FS level 1 or equivalent ( Section 10 )
