Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B3VUU8. - Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm from the chemical dispenser at the time of inspection. Reminder to check sanitizer with test papers to verify concentration. Wiping cloths were stored in sanitizer at 200 ppm. - The piping that was noted on the previous report is no longer leaking.
