Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): < 10 PPM chlorine residual was detected in the sanitizer container that was set-up by the 3-compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected at the time of inspection** Sanitizer container was refilled. 100 PPM chlorine residual was detected in the remixed solution.
Change out the sanitizer container frequently as determined by your Sanitation Plan or more often when it is noted to be overly soiled.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Refrigeration units were holding food at 4C or below.
Freezer units were holding food frozen.
In-use utensils were stored in dipper wells that were running during the inspection.
No food or food contact items were stored in the staff washroom.
The 3-compartment sink was set-up during the inspection. 50 PPM chlorine residual was detected in the sanitize basin - excellent.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
General organization and sanitation excellent.
