Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There were 3 taquitos in the front of the 1st roller section that were under 60 degC (ranged between 54-57 degC). These were discarded during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that taquitos are reheated to 74 degC (165 degF) and then placed above 60 degC (140 degF).

Observation: About 4 plastic containers (with holes at the bottom) that are too large to fit in any of the compartments of the 3-compartment sink are still on-site. Two were clearly still being used.
Corrective Action(s): This issue was coded on the last report. REMOVE ALL CONTAINERS that are too large to fit in the 3-compartment sink. Do Not store these on-site at all.
