Observation: The corner section of the wall next to left of the main preparation cooler is damaged. Drywall corner bead missing with drywall exposed.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the damaged corner section. Ensure premise is maintained as per approved plans, all surfaces to be sealed adequately. Correct by March 31, 2020.

Routine inspection:

Premise restricted to take out only as per Provincial Health Officer's ORDER due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Both 3 compartment sinks dispensing quats at 200ppm.
200ppm quats available for use in container with wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use. Labeled spray bottles also available for use.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Orange Julius section preparation cooler with inserts at or below 4 degrees C.
Under the counter cooler for toppings at or below 4 degrees C.
Small under the counter cooler at -17 degrees C.
Drawer freezers at -16 to -17 degrees C.
Main preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
