-Reused Vinegard food containers observed -the handles cannot be cleaned without special tools

-Equipment stored under cooking line

-Preparation table next to Ice machine -the surface is uneven and not easily cleanable
Corrective Action(s): -Remove the tape -that is not a cleanable material

-Do not reuse food containers that cannot be cleaned and sanitized

-Do not store anything under the cooking line (used oil okay) so you can easily clean and mop underneath

-Remove the preparaton table -must be smooth to make it easier to clean (smooth, non-absorbent, easily cleanable)
