Hot Holding Units are not in use at the time of inspection.
(Ensure, the internal temperature of food > = 60.0 C if equipment is in use);

Friendly reminder: Ensure, single use forks & spoons are used ones (noted several single use spoons and forks in a counter top dish dryer);

Back storage & cleaning room:
Freezers - satisfactory;
