Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1. Accumulation of mildew / biofilm observed on interior surfaces of ice machine, on the panel cover located near the top of the ice machine. Note: Ice was not observed to be directly in contact with biofilm / mildew.
2. Few instances of equipment / utensils (e.g. one glass, vegetable chopper, utensil bin) observed with small quantity of food debris.
Correction: 1. Discard ice. Ensure ice machine interior is thoroughly cleaned and then sanitized. Allow surfaces to air dry before use. Date to be corrected by: Today.
2. Equipment / utensils washed and sanitized during inspection, or set aside to soak before being washed and sanitized. Ensure all equipment and utensils are properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized before storing away.
Comments

Follow up to report MBEK-CQBUCY.
- Sink and surface sanitizer dispenser has been adjusted, and sanitizer was tested within required range for lactic acid/DDBSA from dispenser and in sample of sanitizing buckets.
- Ice machine interior surfaces observed to be in sanitary condition.
- Staff mopping floor near ice machine as needed to limit accumulation of liquid.
- Equipment and utensils noted on previous report were observed to be stored in sanitary condition.
Refer to previous routine health inspection report for outstanding violations.
