Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Four bottles of non-food contact surface sanitizer "Fantastick" were being used to clean and disinfect tables.
Corrective Action(s): As it requires "rinsing" and not meant for food contact surface, use a food contact surface sanitizer (ie. Chlorine).

-All coolers were maintained at 4°C or below
-All freezers were maintained at -18°C or below
-High temperature dishwasher was measured at 73°C at the dish level.
-Iodine glass washer was measured at 12.5ppm
-"Chlorine sanitizer" spray bottles were measured at 100ppm
-No signs of pests
-Daily temperature logs are maintained.
