Food store with sale of soft serve ice cream (March 1st - August 31st), slushies, and re-packaging candy. Reviewed cleaning and sanitizing procedures for soft serve ice cream machine. Machine is cleaned/rinsed and then a food equipment sanitizer is used to sanitize (reviewed directions on label). Procedures from manufacturer are posted on equipment. Drip trays are cleaned daily. Walk in cooler - temperature <4C (<40F) - good. Freezers - good. Cleaning - Walk in cooler is kept clean. Note: Sale of soft serve ice cream is seasonal. **Provided information on Food Safe Level 1 (or equivalent) - operator is to obtain a food safe level 1 (or equivalent) course certificate by next inspection.
