-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Student area upright cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezers (3 units) ranged from -14C to -19C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Foods are cooked to greater than 74C prior to hot holding. Foods are stored in the hot holding area for less than 2 hours.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach was tested at 200ppm. Test strips available on-site to verify chlorine concentration.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pail was labelled and tested at 200ppm to 400ppm.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods along the order line wrapped up and protected from potential contamination. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation food at the time of inspection.
-Kitchen is serviced by professional pest control operator. Staff stated the kitchen has minor pest activity. Staff monitor and clean and sanitize affected areas on a daily basis. Continue to monitor for pest activity and inform pest control services as required.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until August 15, 2027.
