Observation: Facility was found to have rodent droppings. Facility is currently serviced by a professional pest control operator.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all areas affected with rodent droppings using a bleach sanitizing solution. To prevent further pest infestation ensure all potential entry points are sealed, all foods are stored in pest proof containers, standing water is removed, and all garbage is discarded nightly. If pest problems persist, contact professional pest control for further assistance.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer spray bottles were unlabelled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all containers are properly labelled to prevent accident mixing and/or misuse of chemicals. Containers will need to be relabelled as needed. Containers were labelled at the time of inspection.

-Prep cooler was at 4C (top) and 3C (bottom).
-Cake display cooler was at 4C.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Under counter freezer was at -18C.
-Chest freezer was at -29C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 72C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent valid until October 25, 2024.
