Permit to operate was posted.
Liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels were available at the handsinks in the kitchen and washrooms.

Domestic cooler was 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or colder and the freezer component was -18 degrees C (0 degrees F) or colder.
Thermometers were available in the cooler and freezer.
A probe thermometer was available on-site.
Temperature records were being maintained.

100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the spray bottle.
A domestic dishwasher with a 4 hour sani cycle was available. It was mentioned that the domestic dishwasher is usually used around 1:30 PM and the full cycle is ran.
Thermo labels were available to monitor whether the dishwasher is able to sanitize dishes.
Food storage areas were clean and organized.
Staff mentioned that they take into account food allergens that children have based on information provided by parents.
No signs of recent pest activity.
A pest control program via Poulin's Pest Control was in place on a monthly basis for both the interior and exterior of the food premises based on pest control reports.
